Repair of smartphones, tablets and similar devices sent by mail
Price of the service
The amount shown in the price list (tax included). The final amount is quoted after diagnosis on arrival, and we ask for your approval.
Costs other than the price
Shipping to our shop; return shipping and cash on delivery fee (paid by us if the repair total is ¥10,000 or more); bank transfer fee; diagnostic fee of ¥2,500–¥5,000 if you decline the repair after the quote
Payment timing and method
After the repair is completed: cash on delivery (代金引換, cash) when the device is returned, or bank transfer before it is returned
Timing of the service
We repair the device after you approve the quote and return it when the repair is complete. If parts must be ordered, we will contact you each time.
Withdrawal and cancellation
You can cancel before you approve the quote (after the device has arrived, we charge the diagnostic fee and the return shipping fee). You cannot cancel after the repair has started. Because this is a mail-order sale (通信販売), cooling-off (クーリング・オフ) does not apply.
